• Cold forging section is equipped with multi station bolt formers and matching flat thread rolling machines to cover the range from M10-M27 bolts.
  • Cold forging and hot forging nut formers available to produce up to M30 hex nuts. Battery of multi spindle tapping machines are there to cover the range of nuts produced.
  • Hot forging presses are there with state of the art induction heating technique to control heating of blanks used for forging and thus producing quality bolt blanks.
  • Secondary operation machines are there for trimming and thread cutting of bolts and screws made through hot forging.
